During the pre-sales stage, the guitar's design, specifications and requirements will be negotiated with the customer and determined. Confirmation based on product samples or drawings of original designs provided by customers. Then, based on the customer's needs and requirements, a production plan for the custom guitar is developed, including production time, quantity and accessories.

During the production stage, the guitar will be manufactured and assembled according to the customer's requirements. We will keep communication with customers and provide production process and reports in a timely manner. Ensure product quality and conduct strict quality control during the production process.

Provide after-sales support after shipment. Provide technical guidance, training, or other related support to ensure customers can sell and use custom guitars correctly and efficiently. If there are quality problems or other after-sales problems, we will try our best to solve them and provide necessary repairs, replacement parts or other services.
