Paint and sand on headstock & neck

Paint base coat to the guitar body /paint top lacquer

Paint base coat to the guitar body /paint top lacquer

Assemble guitar , bridge, top nut and saddle, tuner ,string. Quality inspection, packaging
8. Storage
Wood Drying Methods
All the wood materials are dried in the air for one year and then steam for 26 days in the steam room.
Then steam for 26 days in the steam room. Drying constantly heat at a different temprrature and the period lasts for 26 days. The Temperature increses to 90 celsius during the time and thus complete the steam process.
The wood materials after drying are put in the constant temperature room and recycling. The stability of wood can be guaranteed after strict and careful wood management.And not easy to be out of shape for a long time.
